EDOUARD LESEUR
Fundraising
During my first year of a BTS in SME Management, we organized a fundraiser at our high school to benefit Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

When we decided to organize a fundraiser at the Lycée Jeanne d'Arc in Rouen to support Ukrainian refugees, we wanted to show that every contribution, however modest, can have a significant impact. Our goal was clear: to raise awareness of the crisis in Ukraine and raise concrete funds.
Choosing Polish Humanitarian Action as our beneficiary ensured the transparency and effectiveness of our efforts. We ensured that this organization was dedicated to the cause of Ukrainian refugees and that it would use our contributions wisely to address the most urgent needs.
Diversifying fundraising activities, from sports tournaments to bake sales, aimed to engage the entire community in our common cause. Regular updates strengthened the emotional connection between participants and the reality of our impact.
By donating the funds to Polish Humanitarian Action, we are making our commitment a reality. It is the culmination of our collective efforts, demonstrating how our high school is directly contributing to bringing relief and hope to Ukrainian refugees.
This initiative goes beyond a simple financial effort. It embodies an education in global citizenship, proving that we, as students, can play a significant role in alleviating suffering caused by global crises. It is an experience that unites us around a common humanitarian cause.
